Mica Roll consists of phlogopite mica paper (or synthetic mica paper / calcined mica paper) impregnated with a special silicone resin on glass cloth (or biologic / harmless ceramic ) .

Product Features：

1、Excellent high temperature resistance and insulation properties: R-5461 series of mica roll will not break down at high temperatures and voltages for a certain period of time;

2、Excellent mechanical properties: Good tensile strength and flexibility;

Applications：

Comparing with flexible mica plate, mica roll owns stronger tension since it consists of glass fiber materials. Also, mica roll has stronger resistance to voltage breakdown than mica tape because its increased thickness. The main application of mica roll is heat-resistant and insulation materials of furnace body.
