Performance indicators of mica heaters

Mica heating plate makes use of the good insulating property and high temperature resistance of mica plate (mica sheet). It takes mica plate (sheet) as the skeleton and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized plate or stainless steel plate for support and protection, and can be made into various heating devices such as plate, sheet, cylinder, cone, tube and circle. The design power is up to 1000W and the temperature can reach 600℃.

Mica heating plate is widely used for heating in household appliances, metallurgy, chemical industry, plastic processing, and electrical industry.

1. High temperature resistance. Mica plate can withstand high temperature of 600℃.

2. Good insulation performance. Insulation resistance is greater than 100MΩ.

3. Light and thin. Small volume and high power.
