Product Description.

High performance mica plate is a plate shaped insulating material made of mica paper impregnated with high-performance adhesive under high temperature and high pressure. The thickness is more than 5 mm, and the maximum thickness can reach 100 mm.

Laser engraving of high performance mica plate: taking high performance mica plate as the base material and adopting various processing methods such as rolling, punching, turning, drilling, grinding, milling and model pressing to process the high performance mica plate into mica special-shaped parts of various sizes such as mica pad, mica round pad, mica flange, mica tile, mica box, mica clamp, mica cushion sleeve combination, mica plate of various sizes, mica plate grooving, drilling, angle, groove, I-shaped etc. Temperature resistance 800-1000 ℃ and has good mechanical strength and electrical performance in normal state.
